Must be an IBM employee or IBM Business Partner employee.


Have an active IBM TSS Sales Master badge.


Attend the full TSS Champion Education (either in the physical or virtual classroom). All parts of the education must be completed in sequence. If attending the virtual education, the final exam call must be completed within 6 weeks after the last theory part.
