They understand the theory behind quantum computing and can describe our hardware and software. They are able to answer in depth questions on quantum theory, IBM Quantum hardware, and the IBM Quantum Lab. The badge earner is available to present to clients, associations, meetups and internal groups. To earn this badge, they must have presented at least 15 times in a year.
