The IBM Certified Facilitator - Experienced Badge is a prerequisite.

Presenter

Demonstrate curriculum mastery. Collaborate with Portfolio Design: providing recommendations on curriculum development or participating in course design efforts.

Presenter

Over the course of 1 year facilitate 8 classes.  A minimum of 64 classroom hours required.  At least 1 and no more than 4 of these classes should be delivered virtually.

Assessment

Across 8 classes, achieve post class survey scores of 85% Instructor NSI and/or 60+ NPS

Assessment

Receive a “Expert” overall rating from a qualified class observer.  An observation template can be found here.
