This badge earner understands the importance of references to the sales process. They recognize the value of Client Success Central (CSC) as IBM's repository of client references. As an active member of CSC the earner knows how to set up a subscription, is proficient in searching for relevant client references, is able to use the references within sales engagements, and is experienced in submitting and maintaining their own client references in CSC. They are a Client References Community member.

What is needed to earn this credential or badge

Course

Complete the client reference education as shown on the home page of Client Success Central (CSC), and the final course survey.

Application

Submit at least five or more client reference profiles into Client Success Central within three years which get published.  This must occur where at least three of the five clients have participated with IBM within one or more of the following external activities which resulted in a published asset on IBM.com (such as a press release, social media, externally usable slide, case study, client story...

Application

Create a subscription within Client Success Central in order to proactively receive new reference content, published weekly based on search criteria outlined.

Join the Client References Community to be kept up to date on all reference related resources and communications.
