When providing capability statement(s), demonstrate your knowledge of HR Reinvention with Workday by performing activities similar to the following: configuring Workday to reinvent the client’s HR processes, applying Design Thinking principles to create the HR journey for key user groups, articulating how Workday can be used for HR Reinvention.

Describe how you have improved your consulting skills, for example, how you have practiced and become a concise communicator (present in team meetings or during PCR reviews), serve in small team leadership roles, serve as a coach or mentor, participate in practice give back opportunities, or provide ACE feedback to coach peers.

Show proof of your eminence within Workday. Demonstrate by describing your activities, which may include: earning points/contributing to discussions and answering questions in the Workday managed community, participating in Workday slack channels within IBM, or becoming a Workday Product Lead, being active in an external forum like Linkedin.
