This badge targets candidates with the highest level of facilitation skill, who have gathered experience working in the Learning industry both inside and outside of IBM. This badge is intended for industry leaders who remain actively involved with facilitation and the delivery of global education programs.

The IBM Certified Facilitator - Expert badge is a prerequisite

Presenter

Demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise, via successful external delivery or academic contribution.

Demonstrate curriculum mastery. Over the course of 1 year, facilitate 12 classes from a minimum of 2 portfolios.  A minimum of 100 classroom hours required.  At least 3 and no more than 6 of these classes should be delivered virtually

Assessment

Across all 12 classes, achieve an average of 85% Instructor NSI and/or 60+ NPS.

Receive a “Thought Leader” overall rating from a qualified class observer.  An observation template can be found here.
