Must demonstrate coaching and mentoring skills by working with 2-3 squads (on top of their own squad) upon program completion. Their success will be measured via survey sent to the squads after having worked with them for a minimum period of 3 months. Minimum NPS expectation is 50.
Achieve 20 hours of giveback while working with 2-3 squads (on top of their own squad) for a minimum period of 3 months. Example of giveback hours includes facilitating Agile practices, providing education about Agile collaboration tools and less regularly used practices, among others.
Attend at least 7 out of 8 modules with a timely explanation of your absence. We are requesting this because we offer the chance to trade places with other interns in individual modules in an effort to accommodate their schedule. Their daily work takes precedence.
